We had a great stay at Matt’s place, the flat was comfortable and clean, and Matt was very accommodating with requests. Lovely view of Broadstairs, and location perfectly placed.

The flat is very well appointed and comfortable, in a great location – central yet quiet. We love the sea views. Matt was very helpful and responsive to a couple of queries we had while we were there. Recommend Posillipo and Greek Taverna, both in Albion St, and tea at Bleak House.
